How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 4 to 9 months out. Peak wedding season (May to October) fills up faster, so earlier is better. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times depending on date.
Can the tea bar replace the open bar entirely?
Yes. Many of our couples skip the open bar entirely or pair us with a coffee bar for a fully alcohol-free reception. Others use us alongside a cocktail bar as a non-alcoholic option for their guests.
Do you serve during the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception?
All three, in any combination. Most weddings have us during cocktail hour and reception. Some couples add a welcome tea station for guests as they arrive.
What about outdoor weddings?
Cold brew is ideal for outdoor weddings. No electricity required, no heat involved, and the tea actually tastes better in the heat. We have served beach weddings, garden weddings, and tented receptions.
Can you customize the menu around our wedding theme?
Absolutely. We have done jasmine and rose pairings for romantic weddings, matcha-forward menus for Japanese-themed weddings, and seasonal selections for fall and winter weddings.
What is your service area for weddings?
We serve weddings across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware. Travel beyond the immediate metro area may include a small fee depending on distance.
