How many people can you serve?
Our standard setup serves up to 200 guests over a 2 to 3 hour window. For larger events we add additional dispensers and staff. We have served corporate events with 500+ attendees.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. We carry standard event catering insurance and can name your venue or company as additional insured on request, typically within 48 hours.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Cold brew tea is naturally vegan and gluten-free. Our boba pearls are vegan. We offer organic, low-calorie sweetener options. We can accommodate most corporate wellness or dietary requirements.
What is your lead time for corporate events?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice (one week or less) depending on date and team availability.
Do you bill against a corporate account or PO?
Yes. We work with procurement teams, accept POs, and can invoice net-30 for established corporate clients. Standard payment is 50% deposit, 50% before event.
Will you travel for our offsite or retreat?
We serve events across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware. Travel beyond the immediate metro area may include a small fee depending on distance.
