How many guests can you serve?
Our standard setup serves up to 200 guests over a 2 to 3 hour window. For more intimate parties (20 to 50 guests) we offer a smaller, equally beautiful setup. Larger parties get additional dispensers and staff.
Can you set up in a backyard or home?
Yes. Most of our private events happen in backyards, living rooms, garages, or rented venue spaces. We need a roughly 8 by 4 foot footprint, a table (we can bring one), and access to water nearby.
Do you serve kids parties?
Absolutely. Our boba and dehydrated fruit toppings are crowd favorites with kids. All our teas are low caffeine, and several (jasmine, rose green, genmaicha) are very mild and kid-friendly.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekends in spring and summer, 4 to 8 weeks is typical. For weekday events or off-season parties, 2 to 3 weeks is usually fine. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.
Can you accommodate themed parties?
Yes. We have done matcha-themed bridal showers, jasmine and rose tea bars for tea parties, and seasonal lineups for fall and winter holidays. Tell us your theme and we will build around it.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, event length, and travel. Most private events fall in a predictable per-guest range. Tell us your event details through chat and we send a transparent quote within one business day.
