All in the (Cold) Brew
Our cold brew method respects the traditions of tea culture
We brew our tea at multiple temperatures and times to ensure that each type of tea comes out as smooth as possible for your enjoyment.
Our white teas take up to 16 hours of brewing, while our green teas take only 10 hours of brewing.
Our multi-step brewing process for each type of tea can range from 10 to 16 hours of brewing in order to bring you the smoothest tea you will ever experience.
Inspired by tradition
We started this because when we go to modern tea shops (hot tea, boba, etc), the tea that is presented does not pay respects to the traditions of tea making.
We do not use syrups, powders, or tea bags.
All of our teas are loose leaf tea and are sourced from Japan, Taiwan, or here in the U.S.
The Cold Brew Experience
Research has shown that Cold brewing tea gives you more bioactive components than using the traditional hot brewing method, particularly the catechins, epicatechins, theaflavins.
Cold brewing tea also preserves polyphenols, catechins, and vitamin C better.
Finally, cold brewed tea releases the natural sweetness of tea and reduces the bitterness hot-brewing tea has, and with our multi-step brewing method, it results in the smoothest tea you will ever experience.
